Women's Law Association of Ontario members and guests were both inspired and motived at the King Edward Hotel in Toronto this past week. Chief Justice Warren K. Winkler gave the keynote address Wednesday evening at a dinner in his honour, and his generous nature was the focus as he shared his insight and wisdom into what it takes to become a successful lawyer: Everyone in the room was captivated!
The Chief Justice shared a poem (below) that his grandmother sent to him at the outset of his career. He also revealed his Twelve Tips on How to Succeed in the Law which you will also find below.
A full review of the event will be available shorlty.
