Wendy R. Cole

Wendy received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Toronto, Trinity College in 1993 and a LL.B. from Queen’s University in 1996.  Wendy became a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada in 1998 and began practicing civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial matters thereafter. As a litigator Wendy gained a wealth of experience with document production issues, and in particular with the creation and maintenance of a large-scale document database. In early 2006 Wendy joined LexisNexis Canada Inc. as Product Manager, Applied Discovery.

As well as being an executive member of the Women's Law Association of Ontario, Wendy is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Corporate Counsel of Canada Association.
